Dr. Tony Bui

Community Physician

 


Windhaven Senior Living is extremely honored to have Tony Bui, M.D. as our Community Physician.  Dr. Bui received his B.S. in Biology at State University of NY Stony Brook, and his M.D. from State University of NY Buffalo School of Medicine.  Dr. Bui completed his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UTSW Parkland Hospital, where he had the distinguished title of Chief Resident.  

Dr. Bui’s medical career has spanned many years, and with his vast knowledge of the geriatric population, he is able to offer his wisdom and expertise to many senior communities.  In 2006, Dr. Bui established Visiting Physician’s Network, a leader in serving and caring for the elderly, and currently serves as the CEO.

Ginger Giles, MOT, OTR

Senior VP of Community Operations

Ginger brings to Windhaven Senior Living over 20 years of clinical, administrative, operational and customer service experience in the senior care industry.

As Senior Vice President of Community Operations, Ginger facilitates collaboration and communication among staff, residents and resident families in evaluating, planning, executing care and activities based on the needs and interests of the residents.  

Ginger earned her Bachelors of Science from Oklahoma State University and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. 


Rachel Pearlman, LCSW

Senior Living Consultant

Rachel has over 20 years of experience in long-term care, hospice, home health and hospital case management.

Her certifications include: Texas Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) certification; Fellow, Educational Policy Fellowship Program; and Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas.

Rachel earned her Bachelors of Art in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and her Masters in Social Work from George Warren Brown School of Social Work, Washington University.


Kris Sedacca

Director of Marketing

Kris brings more than 20 years of experience in brand marketing and product development in the health care and retail industries.  Most recently she worked at Children’s Health where she developed fully-integrated marketing campaigns supporting the primary care, specialty care and inpatient locations.

Kris began her marketing career upon graduation from Indiana University. Since moving to Dallas, she has also been employed by JCPenney and Zales.

Kris is excited to continue her passion for helping others at Windhaven Senior Living.

 

Grace Diego, RN

Director of Care

In her role as Director of Care, Grace develops and updates care plans tailored to each resident based on their individual assessment in order to maintain their independence and thrive.  She charts progress, notes changes, and meets regularly with the resident and family to adjust the plan accordingly.

Grace brings to Windhaven over 20 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings from clinics to home health to mental health to assisted living.  She began her career as a Medical Assistant specializing in pediatric and aged populations.

Grace’s passion for caregiving led her to pursue an education in the healthcare field.  She obtained her LPN degree from Itasca Community College in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and received her RN degree from Central Lakes College in Brainerd, Minnesota.  She is currently pursuing her BSN from Walden University.

Jeff Crawford, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff’s background includes accounting, finance and information technology professions for over 30 years in both the public and private sectors.  He has held various CFO roles in manufacturing and banking. Additionally, he has provided financial and managerial consulting services to several large and small companies in the areas of corporate governance, business capitalization and refinancing strategies, as well as exit planning for entrepreneurs in late stage companies.

Prior to joining the Windhaven Senior Living, Jeff served in a merchant banking capacity with Montgomery Capital Advisers, LLC.  His role included loan underwriting and originations, debt restructuring, bankruptcy reorganizations, arranging new equity capital transactions and negotiating buy/sell transactions.  In addition, Jeff provided strategic and financial business planning services to companies in varying industries.

Jeff has been a CPA since 1991.  His public accounting background included audit for Price Waterhouse, financial and accounting services for Montgomery, Coscia, Greilich, LLP, and Certified Public Accountants.
